quiet.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel had promised me Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Promised Olivia Miami and a family.<\/p>\n<p>Promised Richard partnership.<\/p>\n<p>Promised Martin financial rescue.<\/p>\n<p>He intended to
