You said she abandoned Andrew emotionally. You invited me on that trip because you wanted me to feel like part of the family.\u201d<br \/>\nTheresa\u2019s expression hardened.<br \/>\n\u201cAnd we treated you beautifully.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cYou used me!\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cDon\u2019t be dramatic.\u201d<br \/>\nOlivia pulled out her phone.<br \/>\n\u201cYou told me to give Andrew my inheritance because the house would become half mine.\u201d<br \/>\nAndrew\u2019s head jerked toward her.<br \/>\n\u201cDon\u2019t show her those messages.\u201d<br \/>\nThat was the worst thing he could have said.<br \/>\nOlivia looked at him, then handed me the phone.<br \/>\nThere were months of messages between her and Theresa.<br \/>\nI scrolled slowly.<br \/>\nTheresa had called me controlling, selfish, cold, and barren.<br \/>\nShe told Olivia that Andrew had wasted years with a woman who cared more about money than family.<br \/>\nThen I found the message that made my hands stop.<br \/>\nOnce Carla signs the transfer, the house will belong to you and Andrew.
