Buyer pays two million now and promises seven later.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll right.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf someone controls the buyer and later defaults, the trust must enforce collection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWouldn\u2019t you do that?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnless you were removed,\u201d I said.<\/p>\n<p>Harold nodded.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd if I were declared incompetent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paige stared at the paper.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo Voss could sell the cabin at full value on paper while moving only part of the money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExactly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd the rest disappears inside a company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPotentially.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Toby looked sick.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe nine-point-two
