had stacked clean pans.<\/p>\n<p>My schedule was full but manageable.<\/p>\n<p>My systems worked.<\/p>\n<p>My business existed beyond my hands now.<\/p>\n<p>Not entirely.<\/p>\n<p>But still.<\/p>\n<p>The same recipe Mom had once given Natalie.<\/p>\n<p>The same flavor connected to the foundation dinner.<\/p>\n<p>The same cake that had somehow threaded through every chapter of my
