Marcus neutralized. Harbor dismantled.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhy dismantled?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause it contains information that can destroy more than criminals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOfficials.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGovernments. Banks. Companies.
