restructuring consent.<\/p>\n<p>Not an apology.<\/p>\n<p>Not an admission.<\/p>\n<p>A financial surrender.<\/p>\n<p>The contingent asset sweep disappeared.<\/p>\n<p>The discounted Atlas option disappeared.<\/p>\n<p>Contributor settlements remained.<\/p>\n<p>Clare\u2019s trust restoration remained.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer could proceed after final documentation.<\/p>\n<p>For the first time, no single hidden structure stood between us and a legitimate transfer.<\/p>\n<p>Then Priya called.<\/p>\n<p>She had discovered a final issue in the transaction records.<\/p>\n<p>Not ownership.<\/p>\n<p>Not money.<\/p>\n<p>Disclosure.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer\u2019s board wanted to know whether Northstar\u2019s directors could truthfully certify that all material Atlas-related records
