At a mechanic shop.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I nodded.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTherapy?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStill going.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I looked around the room.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd me?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Robert smiled.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou look different.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI feel different.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He sat across from me.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo you miss him?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDo you want him home?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I thought about it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Then I corrected myself.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want my son to be okay. That&#39;s different.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Robert nodded.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat is different.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A week later, Derek sent another message.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#39;t expect you to forgive me yet.
