twenty-first.<\/p>\n<p>Victor was visible.<\/p>\n<p>He had brought two men.<\/p>\n<p>They entered M-42.<\/p>\n<p>But before anything was removed, Victor received a phone call.<\/p>\n<p>He listened for forty seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Then ordered the men out.<\/p>\n<p>The truck left empty.<\/p>\n<p>Police enhanced the footage.<\/p>\n<p>Victor\u2019s face was clear.<\/p>\n<p>So was his anger.<\/p>\n<p>At the exact time of that call, according to records later obtained, one person had telephoned Victor.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Whitmore.<\/p>\n<p>Emily stared at the call log.<\/p>\n<p>Richard had called Victor
